Response 150 - Advanced Life Support Equipped 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LS 4x4 with Whelen Liberty Lightbar, LIN6 on mirrors and 500 Series TIR6 bodymount LEDs.  150 is utilized to support emergency operations by providing responder transport, by enabling rescue access to 4-wheel drive required locations, by providing a platform for EMS officers to coordinate agency activities at major incidents, by providing support to the Botetourt County Special Operations Team (SOT), and by supporting squad training functions.

Medic 152 - Advanced Life Support equipped 2005 Chevrolet 3500 truck chassis ambulance.  152 is equipped with an on-spot rotational chain system for when traction is compromised, a pneumatic lift system that enables the truck to dump the rear air suspension to lower the box for easier patient loading, automatically retracting box steps for passenger-side access, a Stryker Rugged Power-Lift stretcher, and a Stryker Stair Chair enhanced by a Stair-Tread System.  The emergency warning system includes a Whelen strobe and LED package with rear LED traffic advisor.  152 is equipped with the latest in emergency medical technology, including a Zoll M-Series 12-Lead EKG Monitor, dual M-class oxygen cylinders, and a Zoll AutoPulse CPR pump.  Due to its generous interior dimensions, 152 is ideal for treating patients suffering from severe or multi-system trauma, treating multiple patients simultaneously, or for providing rehabilitation or shelter to responders and victims.

Medic 154 - Advanced Life Support equipped 1999 Ford E-350 ambulance.  154 is outfitted with a standard Whelen emergency lighting package that combines high-intensity strobes with high-speed rotational halogen flashers for an economic and effective balance.  The unit is also outfitted with an on-spot rotational chain system which can be engaged to provide additional traction on slick surfaces.
